SHIPPING

The large majority of our orders are shipped within 3 working days of the order, and delivered in 2-3 days from shipping. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

WE ARE COMMITTED TO DELIVERING YOUR ORDER ACCURATELY, IN GOOD CONDITION, AND ALWAYS ON TIME.

We currently deliver to more than 750 cities across India.

Delivery at Remote Locations and Towns 

Orders can be delivered only in the serviceable pin codes. Please check the same on product detail page before placing order. 
Correct address and contact number is a must of the recipient for placing the order. In case of floods/ heavy rains/ National Bandh/election dates/ curfews/ traffic jams/ festival times/regulated traffic movements or any other impediments/events out of  Docket Care control may restrict the delivery of the order.

Docket Care reserves the right to reschedule the delivery to another date.
The delivery of the products/items ordered will be attempted only once at the address as provided in the order received by Docket Care Limited. In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever not attributable to Docket Care Limited the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be made by Docket Care The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events: Delivery not done due to wrong address , Recipient not available , Premises locked.

Wrong/incorrect phone or mobile or extension number / not working / no reply or not connecting /not reachable.

Recipient refused the products.

Delivered the product at the Gate/Reception/Neighborhood.
